Kate Gowman (detroit 1976)

Photographer based in Detroit specializing in architectural and ethnographic landscape photography. Using both analogue and digital cameras, her preferred method is with a traditional 4 x 5 large format field camera, to obtain correct perspective and detail. Kate is dedicated to her personal projects & working internationally with clients such as the University of Zurich, ETH, Leibstadt Nuclear Plant, Architecture historian Stanislaus Von Moos, David Adjaye, SeArch, Olu Company, Detroit Institute of Arts, Pride Source, Kresge Foundation, College for Creative Studies, Michigan Radio/NPR, MOCAD & Detroit Art Week.
